I have a strange problem with lightbox slides when played through my client's LMS, Cornerstone on Demand.
Here is the lightbox slide when launched from ScormCloud. Notice the red close button.
However the same lightbox slide on Cornerstone on Demand does not have the lightbox close button and the lightbox launches full screen. Users can't access the custom navigation buttons on the base screen.
The problem is that when users load the lightbox slide on CMOD the users are stuck. They can't close the lightbox slide.
Anyone know what would cause this? Or a workaround for CMOD?

Can you post an example .story file? I'll give it a go testing it in our CSOD environment to see if I get the same thing.

Attached is a two slide sample.
When you click on the 'Play Stretch Zone Video' button, it will launch an embedded YouTube video in a lightbox slide.
I'm interested to hear your results.

Sorry it took so long ( you've probably resolved this by now), but I tested this in our pilot CSOD environment and it displayed correctly in Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 9, e.g. showing the close button and not taking up the entire space. It looked identical to your post I am responding to. Have you tried reuploading it as a completely new publication? I have seen publishing issues when I try to replace files in CSOD instead of creating a new publication.
