Exit Course button in Rise 360
We are publishing a course in Rise 360. After loading to the LMS, the Exit course button does not work. What settings do we need to change?

Whether or not you even need the Exit Course button in the first place, depends on how your courses are set up in your LMS.
What are you expecting the Exit Course button to do in your LMS? What was not working in your LMS that required you to use the Exit Course button?

Normally, we use Storyline 360 for our courses. Typically, we publish a course AICC for the LMS using a completion trigger button.
We expect the Exit Course button in Rise 360 to close the course when the learner has completed the course or bookmark the course so the learner can return to where they course left off if they have to exit before completing the course. The courses do not exit using the button, they don't publish to AICC (they look like SCORM files), and they don't pass completion in LMS with either Passed/Incomplete or Complete/Incomplete.

In your LMS, are you launching your Rise courses as a new window?
D0 you have the option to use SCORM, or must you use AICC?

In our LMS, they will Launch in a new window.
We have to use AICC. SAP Success Factors ITM does not work with SCORM.

In our LMS, our Rise courses are launched in a new window, over the LMS which remains open in its original window.
When students need to exit their current Rise course, when they select the Exit course link, it first sends their bookmarks and progress data to the LMS, then closes the course window, and returns them to the LMS window from which they launched the course.
So in our case, the Exit Course Link works correctly.

Your first sentence is true for our LMS also.
We have published the course with and without the Exit course link and neither version works whether you publish with AICC or SCORM.
