Exit Course button in Rise absent in LMS publish
The last two Rise courses I have published — a standard course two weeks ago and a microlearning course today — are missing the Exit Course button/link. I have tested with both SCORM 2004 and 1.2, and have tested off my desktop, on SCORM Cloud, and on Moodle. Our client has tested on their Cornerstone LMS. In all cases the Exit Button is absent.
I have attached the publish settings to show that the Exit Course button is enabled.

(This is NOT a microlearning course) Does this mean if I published my course 6 months ago -- this course will have the issue, and I need to go back and republish all those courses and/or include a button to close and publish? I have one now that I created in May of this year and the button has disappeared. Basically, it comes and goes, it was working when I uploaded the course, and we had no issues. Now all the sudden we are having issues.
Hi all!
We've fixed this issue where the EXIT COURSE button didn't appear when using Compact navigation.
Please let us know if you run into any similar issues!

Thank you!
Hello Everyone,
I wanted to share that we are tracking a known issue that causes the exit course button to disappear when a Rise 360 course uses compact navigation. I've added this post to the bug report so we can notify everyone subscribed here as soon as a fix is released. In the meantime, the available workaround is to switch your course's navigation to use Sidebar or Overlay navigations, if this is an option.

Hi, Luke!
For this sort of "unexpected behavior," I suggest you submit a case directly to the Articulate staff. You can do that here:

Thanks Judy. I submitted a case as well, but wanted to share broadly in case someone else who is experiencing the same issue is looking for information.
