Publish course to MS Word

Hi All,

(Apologies if I've missed this topic/discussion)

We use Storyline predominantly for systems/platform training. (scenario based interactive processes within a business system)

Is it possible to publish a course to MS Word, where the text and images are displayed as seperate elements. (i.e. the screenshot of the system as per the current output, but with the instruction/information/text underneath the screen. Should one need to make changes to the text it can be done in the Word doc.

Then one could also delete the screen grabs (images) and only keep the text which would make a fantastic and effective Quick Reference Guide. This QRF  only lists the process steps (sequentially) without any images.

    Hello Zein!

    Publishing to Word includes screenshots of the slides but there isn't a way to grab just the text within the screenshots.

    I'm interested to hear if others have found a way to create a Quick Reference Guide when publishing to Word!
