Exit Trigger Stopped Working After Course was Published

Hello:

The title explains the issue I'm having...the exit trigger stopped working after my course was published. I searched for additional help and completed the steps outlined here under browser security. 

After I saved, the exit button only worked once or twice before it stopped working again.

Any tips? I'm not sure what to do and am going a bit crazy since it worked once.

    Hi Shannon,

    I'm sorry you're having an issue with exit triggers! I have a follow-up question for you. Are you viewing the course in a 64-bit browser? We have a bug logged regarding exit triggers when a course is viewed in a 64-bit browser. Would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case?
