I recently exported a Rise course to PDF. Within the course there is an Attachment block with 5 attachments. The PDF retains the links which all work. The PDF will be uploaded to our LMS for over 30...
As you know, you can export Rise courses as LMS, PDF, or Web. The organization does not want to upload the content as a SCORM package. They have chosen to load it as a document. So users would access the PDF from the LMS.
