Export to PDF

I recently exported a Rise course to PDF. Within the course there is an Attachment block with 5 attachments. The PDF retains the links which all work. The PDF will be uploaded to our LMS for over 30...

Also not sure if this is the best spot to post the question, but when I export to PDF, I get "artifacts" when there are "ff" or "fi", it seems to delete one of the f and sometimes has funky formatting.  For example, words like Officer, efficiencies, etc.

Any way to avoid that?

Hi Ursula,

I've seen this happen in our PDF's as well.

It's very weird as it seems to happen randomly.

    Hi Ursula and Karl,

    I've run into this issue as well. Only thing that worked was going back and forth with support and having them output the file and then share a link to the PDF with me to download. Even then, it took a number of tries.
