Export variables to an external location?

Hello everyone,

I have a course where the learners do self-checks along the way and I would love if at the end of the course there was a way to have a report of sorts =sent to them, I can have the course create an email within their outlook that they could send, but I would rather it send an email to them directly or dump the data into SharePoint or an excel workbook so that we could have an automated process that would generate and send an email outside of the course.

Is this a possibility? I would assume I would need to have some fun with JavaScript but before I go dicing in, I wanted to see if anyone has done something like this or is it isn't possible for some reason.

Thanks so much!
