Exported XLIFF files contain no segments
Hi,
we want a rise course translated into several languages.
I exported the course text as an XLIFF file from the course duplicate and handed it over to our translation team. They came back and said the file had no segments and that our translation management system needed the files to be segmented to process them. It seems the codes for the 'target' language is missing.
We never had this issue before. Has someone else encountered this? Is it a bug?
Kind regards, PZ
Hi Petr!
It sounds like there are missing codes in the exported text from your Rise 360 lesson.
I see that you've opened a support case as well. Smart move! It looks like my teammate Luiza is handling your case and just replied to your e-mail with some insight into this behavior.
We can continue troubleshooting through your case to help keep all information in one spot.
