Exporting translation document in Storyline3

Unable to export translation document from a Storyline 360 source file in Storyline 3.

Tried many times but the document published but doesnot get saved at the defined location.

Plz help.

    Hello Namrata, 

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.

    I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • Are you exporting a translation file in Storyline 3 from a project that was translated using a translation file from a Storyline 360 course? 
    • Are you seeing any error messages when exporting the translation file? 
    • Does your organization allow the creation of *.doc files if you are exporting using Word format? 
    • Are you exporting to Word, or XLIFF format? 

    Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
