Hi All, I am using successfactors as an LMS, and we have tried to upload the scorm from Rise several times with the below error code: File Upload Service Exception: only DEFLATED entries can have EXT descriptor. Does anyone have any troubleshooting recommendations?

This behavior sounds like it is LMS-specific and one way to test if this is true is to upload your course in SCORM Cloud and see if you will encounter the same error message.
