I apologize for your issues with the mark complete not functioning in your course.
I want to ask you a couple of questions to begin troubleshooting:
- You mentioned that you are using an older version of Storyline. Which version specifically are you on?
- Have you tried testing your course on SCORM Cloud? Check out this step-by-step article on how to do so.
If it works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I would advise you to reach out to your LMS for their recommendations and additional information.
If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, my suggestion would be to open a support case here, so we can take a closer look at your settings. We will delete your file from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.
