Feedback comments disappeared
Hi,
I have been working through SME feedback using Rise's review system. I finished replying to them all yesterday and when I've logged in today they have disappeared? My only option in 'Review' is to publish the course again. Surely the comments haven't disappeared? Some required the SME to reply...

Hello, I am the owner of the course and only I have published new versions.

Hi! I am experiencing the same issue. I am the course owner and I am publishing the course as a new version of an existing one. I've tried both Chrome and Edge, with same results.

Hi Nadia! Sorry to hear you're encountering missing comments. Did you select Publish a new version of an existing item? Do you know if the course was duplicated? Are you the owner or a collaborator?

November 2022 and I am having the same issue. One review link, no new publishes, comments vanish into an older version.
