Find and replace using italics
There's a word that features in a course I'm building 1003 times.
Unfortunately, I've just been told that it now needs to be in italics.

MS Word 's find-and-replace function has the ability to re-format text. So you can use Storyline's FILT > Translation > Export to Word function, change the word to italics in MS Word, and then Import the revised file.
