We haven't identified this as a bug right now, but considering you ran into the same issue, we'll need to investigate further! Could you share:
- Are you viewing the content in Chrome like Jo or another browser?
- Does the glitch happen with any video or certain ones?
- Are you comfortable with sending the shareable link for testing? You can include in your public reply or share it privately with our Support team.

Thanks for your reply. I can share the file privately. I did discover that if I changed the default viewing setting from medium to full screen, the flickering does not appear to happen. So that is what I have done in this case.
