Font Face and Size Default Customization in Rise?
This question applies to Articulate 360 not Storyline.
We start new courses, as a rule, by copying an established "template" course matching one of the standards we work with. The standards concerned dictate font face, among other things.
In reviewing our "template" for compliance, I discovered I couldn't set the font face (or default size) for text in blocks that aren't basic text blocks. Setting the required Arial font wanted by one of our standards was possible, in the THEME settings at the course level (see below) but this appears to apply only to some kinds of blocks and not all. I also couldn't see how to set the default font size.
The font setting shown above works for inserting TEXT type blocks, but if a statement block is added, for example, or a knowledge check created, it appears to use hidden defaults I can't view or change.
Even if prepared to manually change the font face for each type of block affected, it doesn't seem possible. I can clear formatting, change font size, but can't manually change font face in edit mode. (See example of statement block below.)
Intentional Restriction?
I can see the value in constraining user whims when working with block types pre-configured to be workable. However, in cases where a standard is called for it is a dilemma. And even in cases where one would like to increase the default size of a block item like the info statement above in response to feedback that smaller font size is hard to read, it is a bit maddening to admit one would either have to do this manually each time the statement block was used, or concede that it just isn't feasible to address the concern raised in review.
Technical Workaround?
Is it possible to edit a CSS file, perhaps, to adjust font face and font size for text occurring in all block types? Or is this just not supported and compliance isn't possible within Articulate, itself, without going to something like Storyline? Or are font face / size defaults configurable at at different level of one's working instance than the course level?
Any Answer Better Than Fog
Thanks for any help anyone can offer, since even learning it just isn't possible to configure custom default font face and font size values for blocks in a template for compliance with institutional standards would be better than wasting too much time trying to figure out how it might be done. :-)

Thank you, Nicole, for asking this question. I am also stuck in this problem at the moment. We have to define standardised guidelines for our courses, but there are many content blocks for which this is not possible, e.g. lesson headers.
