Font Not Displaying in Preview Mode
I have recently installed a few new fonts, and they look fine in editor mode, but in preview mode it looks like nonsense characters (see attached screenshots).
I've changed from modern to classic player, which didn't help. And although I've seen previous threads on here mention disabling "modern text" as a solution, I don't see that option in Storyline 360. Any ideas as to why it isn't previewing correctly?

not sure if this KB article will help you troubleshoot.
Hmmm, I don't know if it's a web browser issue because I haven't published it yet. This problem is occurring between editing mode and preview mode (whether single slide preview or whole course). So it is still being viewed within Storyline 360 on my local device.

My apologies for the delayed response. We have decided not to use that font because of the issues that were being created.
