Font replaced with ASCII characters
I've developed a number of courses over the last few years using the (client required) Noto Sans font. Recently that font has stopped appearing correctly in Storyline 3. When a course is being developed it appears correctly but when I try to preview or publish the course, it appears as ASCII characters. I have reloaded the font but it is still a problem. When I go back and review older courses that were previously correct, the ASCII characters appear. Any help would be appreciated.

We've seen some recent issues related to the Noto Sans font downloaded from Google Fonts, which could be corrupt. So I'd recommend downloading and installing the ones available here instead.
If you are still experiencing the same issue after re-installing the fonts, please open a support case with our engineers, and we'll be happy to help you troubleshoot.
