Forcing users to watch majority or entire video clip
It sounds as if this solution is Storyline only. Is there no option in Rise 360 for this? It's a really useful feature request. Otherwise I have to go sort it out in Storyline just to import it into Rise, which is a pain.
RossWhite did you figure out a work around? We are concerned that our learners are not watching the videos or fastforwarding them.
I too need to be able to force learners to watch the whole video (no fast fowarding). In talent LMS we can set a lesson to sync to video. I'm surprised that A360 doesn't easily provide that option as well.
I did try the storyline slide hide seekbar and set video to autoplay. It worked in storyline on the slide. However, when I exported the video and added it to the Rise360 course, a seekbar was visible.

Hi raeropos25,
I'm happy to jump in here!
It sounds like you'd like to require the learner to watch the entire video without fast forwarding, or skipping ahead in the course. Here's what to try:
- Disable Forward Seeking: On your video block, select the Format icon, and deselect Allow forward seeking. This prevents learners from fast-forwarding through the video.
- Restrict Navigation: Turn off the course sidebar or restrict course navigation so learners can't skip lessons.
- Add a Continue Block: After the video block, add a continue block and set the Completion Type to require learners to complete the block above the continue block.
Please let me know if you have any questions, or if you're trying to achieve something else. We're here to help!
