MAJOR problem with video net::ERR_CACHE_OPERATION_NOT_SUPPORTED
Hi, all of a sudden SCORM package dont show videos and give this error in consolle.
Previously, the same error was with mp3 files like reported here https://community.articulate.com/discussions/discuss/major-storyline-audio-playback-issues/1256157
but after the 9th june 2026 update the problem is on the videos. Same course, no modifications made.
I relally need a quick solution

Does this happen in all browsers?
they use chrome so i cant ask any other browser. anyway we tested edge and is the same
Its chrome issue I think... I've had this before. The root cause was Chrome refusing to cache cross-origin video responses inside an iframe, which is how all SCORM content is delivered. Your LMS needs to send the correct HTTP headers with the video files.
DigitalTeach01 BTW edge runs on the same engine as Chrome
