Freeform matching question

Hi

I have set up a matching exercise, very simple with easy answers, however when I preview this and test it, it tells me I have got the answers wrong?!  Even though I know I haven't. I have checked and double checked and have no idea why it's doing this.  Has anyone got any ideas?
