Gaining Access to Storyline Course Created by Another Team Member

Hello!  I have been requested to make updates to a course created in Storyline 360, by a team member who no longer works for the company.  Before she left, she failed to make me a collaborator so I cannot locate and/or access the course to make edits.

I am the company's Articulate 360 account owner, so I am hoping there may be a way to retrieve the course.  Any advice offered is greatly appreciated...thank you in advance!
