Getting error message when exporting AI generated audio
Hi,
I'm running into a similar issue with exporting AI generated audio files. When I go to export, it won't do anything other than show me the error message stating articulate ran into an issue and to fill out and report. I was told to save the file on my local desktop from Articulate Support but that hasn't solved the issue. I'm wondering if its caused by the same issue you ran into. Can you tell me how you created the folder that allowed you to export? I'd appreciate any assistance.

It looks like you were also working directly on a network drive. If moving your project file to your Desktop or My Documents folder doesn't help, please open a case with our support team here so we can share other solutions you can try!
