Estoy trabajando en Storyline 360 y quisiera saber si es posible crear un gráfico, tipo velocímetro, que reaccione o cambie sus valores respecto a los puntajes obtenidos en un cuestionario, es decir, si yo acierto o fallo una pregunta, que el puntaje se vea reflejado en el velocímetro.

This sounds like a creative idea! I'm happy to help point you in the right direction, and first want to make sure I understand what you're looking to achieve. Are you hoping to have one graph at the end of the quiz that displays the results, or a graph after each question to show as incorrect/correct?
Inserting a graph or visual results at the end of the course may be something you could do using JavaScript. Although we don't offer JavaScript support, there are many talented users is in the community who may be able to provide some insight.
