I've tried to recreate this issue on my end, but I don't see jumbled text on the green or red bar shown on the Review layers.
Are you seeing this in new projects or just the project you're currently working on?
It would be helpful to take a look at the .story file. Do you mind sharing it with us in this discussion or privately in a support case?
