Correct answer in green and incorrect ones in red
In the quiz, I would like the wrong answers to be highlighted in red and the correct ones in green during the correction. However, each answer is surrounded by the color of the module theme (and when we change this color, it changes everywhere). Do you have a solution ?

This is already possible.
For Knowledge Check questions you need to select the colors for each KC.
For Quizzes, you only need to do it once per Quiz in the quiz settings.
