Have Articulate 360 license cant access Storyline360, says Articulate 360 subscription been canceled
I am able to access Rise 360 but not Storyline 360. I get the error “Subscription Canceled. Your Articulate 360 subscription has been canceled”.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Storyline, the issue still continues. Reached out to Articulate support and TicTac learn. No solution in sight.
Has anyone else faced this issue?
