Have to click submit 3 times

Do you have them set to two tries, and no Try Again layer? If there isn't a Try Again layer to stop it, it will appear as if nothing happens with incorrect answers.

I have this set up as 3 tries. That all works fine. It is just clicking the submit button, you have to click 3 times instead of just once for it to submit.
