Header over Bulleted List
I want to put a header or title of the bullets and use the Bulleted List feature and I want it to look like the below. I want to use the feature because I want the bullets to be in color, as opposed to the right click method to access a bullet list.

If you do not want the traditional way of creating a bulleted list, you can put a Text (Heading) block together with your Bulleted List as Karl suggested. You can also adjust the padding to control the spacing between your header (title) and your bulleted list.

What of you want to connect the two blocks, header and numbered list and have the same background.
I've tried and in edit mode works but in preview doesn't... the background image just don't cover the full bullet list.
