Help!! Cannot share rise course

Hi there

A colleague developed a Rise course in 360 with a trial account. He has been trying to send me an email to my account (I have a 360 login) but the invite keeps saying "pending" and I don't receive the invite. I also tested it by sending it to my gmail which appeared to work...

I've called Service Desk and they said that we aren't blocking it so not sure where to go with this. Any thoughts?
