Help! We can't access our projects

Hi all we are unable to open our projects/template/new course.  We can see them but when selected, it spins a blue circle up top for a few seconds then becomes a solid blue circle outline and nothing shows.  Any fixes? We are currently teaching and 12 students are at a standstill until this is fixed.

    Hi there, Tracy! I'm sorry you're seeing issues when trying to edit your courses. I'm able to launch a few different courses on my dashboard.

    I'm going to open a case so that we can see what's happening on your end. You'll see a confirmation email from us, and we'll work on next steps!
