Help with creating a test environment for applications
Hello E-Learning Heroes,
My name is Max, and I work for a sales organization. I am developing an e-learning course designed to serve as a test environment for our sales representatives to practice enrolling new agents. I would appreciate any advice or pointers from those who have experience creating similar e-learning courses. Thank you in advance for your feedback.

I've had luck in the past using Storyline's Screen Recording and resulting Test (or Try) mode if the process is very linear. See more details here.
For really complex software/hardware simulations that can have erratic branching scenarios, I've just had to use a bunch of hotspots, screenshots, and layers, and sometimes Javascript to make it all function "realistically".
