Sorry to hear you and your team are experiencing erratic behavior with Text Boxes in Storyline!

• Is your colleague working with locally stored .story files, or have they been moved to a network/shared drive at some point during the authoring process?
• Does importing the problematic course to a new, blank .story file correct the appearance of the Text Box?
• Has your colleague already tried repairing their Storyline installation?
