How do I set up for trainees to add their name and date of completion?
Hi all,
I would like for trainees to be able to add their names and the date of quiz completion. Would someone be able to give me some quick tips to achieve this?

You can include the trainee's name by using a Storyline Variable. You could collect the user's name at the beginning of the module or before they start their test.

If you are serving the course through an LMS, it does all of that, and you don't have to.

Without an LMS, here are a few other options:

Or, you could ask the learner to take a screen shot and send it to your via email upon course completion (using the information above).
Both are temporary solutions that are not optimal but they might get you thru the transition to your next LMS.

It sounds like you had questions about collecting information from your learners after they complete a quiz in Storyline 360. I see that you've been getting some great help from the community, but I just wanted to pop in and share some steps you can take to accomplish that.
If the data will be coming directly from each learner, one way to achieve this would be with Data-Entry Fields added to a slide preceding the Results slide. After that, you can reference the Data-Entry variables in text boxes on the Results slide.
Also, for your reference, I've attached a copy of the sample course I used as an example during my recording.
