AriannaDeMarchi​ you will need to confirm that Oracle LMS support SCORM cmi.interactions for either  SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004. If it does support SCORM cmi.interactions, you then need to confirm with your Oracle LMS contact where the data is available in the LMS for reporting purposes.

You should also confirm your content is writing the data to the LMS by testing on a free service such as SCORM Cloud. This service allows you to upload SCORM content and access it, and then check the communication logs to determine the data that is being tracked.

I worked with Oracle LMS (iLearning?) a long time ago and it did not support cmi.interactions. This may have changed in 10 years though.
