How to add 14pg PDF to a Storyline scrolling slide?

I have been tasked with creating and end result that includes:

1. Scrolling through a 14 page PDF

2. Clicking Next at the end of the 14th page

3. Clicking Certify button to confirm that they've read the 14 pages. 

I know how to create a scrolling slide but don't see how to add the pdf into it...any help would be much appreciated!
