How to add text boxes to video in Articulate Rise
Is it possible to add text boxes to videos in Rise 360? If not, can you insert an mp4 file into a Storyline slide and add text boxes to display at certain times in the video? If so, how? And then to...
Sounds like a job for Closed Captions, text that appears at certain time codes. Could you just use closed captions?
