How to Add the Same Button to Multiple Slides?

Hello Therese
We have a YouTube Video here that might provide a possible solution - https://youtu.be/jWWrL8J1AHU?si=wePr6FragH6kXbKb
Thank you, Judy, for the quick response. I believe items placed on the Slide Master aren’t picked up by assistive devices, which is an accessibility concern. I need AT users to be aware of the buttons.
I am not sure where you heard that but it isn't true. As long as you have the button visible to accessibility tools on the slide master it should be visible to accessibility tools on every slide. You can't pick and choose when it is visible on a slide to slide basis, though, nor can you change its alt text slide to slide. Whatever is on the slide master will repeat to every slide.

Thank you, Elizabeth, for your time and response.
From my experience testing and certifying training for 508 compliance, I’ve noticed that buttons placed on the Slide Master are sometimes treated as background elements and can be skipped by assistive technologies.
To ensure a button is read and accessible on every slide, it’s generally better to add it directly to each slide or to properly tag it and include it in the accessibility settings if placed on the Slide Master. I also make it a point to test the training using screen readers like JAWS or NVDA to confirm everything functions smoothly.
