How to move Storyline to PowerPoint for edits
Hello!
I'm working with a team on highly secure project where we cannot share content with SMEs using Articulate Review. The content is very technical, and we need the SMEs to be able to make edits to the verbiage on the slides. However, they do not have Storyline nor know how to use it. Fortunately, this content has very few Layers and interactivity. The courses are mainly page turners.
I was reviewing one of Tom Kuhlmann's videos on How to Convert a Storyline Course to PowerPoint. However, that method just creates images of the slide content, and it is not editable.
Do you all have any suggestions on how to move the content to PPT where SMEs can make edits and return to us to update in Storyline? The only way I see so far is to manually Copy/Paste the info on every slide, but due to the amount of content we are dealing that will take a lot time, which we don't have. Is there an easier way to accomplish this?
Thank you for any help you can provide.

You could use the Translations function to export all the text into MS Word, have the SMEs edit in that file, and then import the edited text.

Thank you for sharing this Judy. I gave it a try but unfortunately, I think the exported table format is going to be too difficult for our SMEs to work with since it places it in a very narrow column. At this point, I think we're looking at having to copy/past the text into PowerPoint, unless there are any other options.
I appreciate the suggestion.
