How to pull knowledge check and feedback survey results through to Reach360
I've recently published a module which included an 8 question knowledge check followed by 2 feedback survey questions. I set these both up as separate Final Assessments with a trigger on their respective results slides to submit results. I then published to Reach360 with tracking for multiple results slides only - both results slides were selected - the knowledge check one first, followed by the survey results slide as show below.
Problem is, I have created a new course seemingly with the same settings, triggers, etc and only the survey results are pulling through to Reach360. What am I missing? How can I get all results pulling through to Reach360?

I have another idea. I know you said you set it up as you had before, but you have two quiz options in the Tracking Options and as you can see, the Tracking Options window says "The first selected option the learner completes gets reported to the LMS."
Have you tried making a Results Slide that compiles the scores from the two separate quizzes and then choosing that compilation Results Slide as the tracked quiz under Tracking Options?
If I'm understanding correctly, that would mean that if a learner fails the knowledge check, they would take the feedback survey after both their first and second attempt which isn't ideal. I think I'm just going to have to run with it how I've set it up, only pulling through the feedback survey results this time. It's frustrating though, given the last module worked!
No, unfortunately that's not it. Both the knowledge check and the feedback survey are set as Final Assessment.
No, it's definitely set as Final Assessment in the quiz settings
Do you have the Quiz Settings for the "Knowledge Check" set to "Knowledge Check"? If so, that may be why it is not passing data through to Reach 360. If so, you can change the Quiz Settings to "Final Assessment" and see if that helps.
