How to reduce the Storyline published file size?
I have the following problem. I created a story archive that consists of 30 slides and its size is 9.40 Μb. After I published it, the folder that was created has a size of 240 Μb. I opened the folder where the .js files are, and I saw that for each slide a js file was created whose size is 8mb.
When i compressed the output folder with winrar, the size of the compressed file is 3Mb.
How can I reduce the size of the .js, so I can publish it on a website?
The size of the images in project is small.
I am using storyline 3.

Are you using a lot of custom fonts in your project? Can you share one of your large js files? Make sure it doesn't contain any private information.

I don't see anything unusual in your file, like other encoded files or anything. Are you using an extraordinary number of triggers? Have you opened a support case?

I am using 16 Layers, with each one having at least 20 Text boxes.
Those text boxes have at least 4 states within them.
Actually, I am using Customized MENU in the module.
I didn't opened any support case.

How many layers/triggers/states do you have on those slides, and are you using a lot on the slide master?
