hyperlinks not highlighting the correct text on click?
Hey all,
I have a weird thing happening. I have some text that is hyperlinked (and underlined) within a sentence. But when you click on it the down state highlights the wrong text... does anyone know of a fix? See the attached screenshots for a better idea of what I mean.
thanks!

hey Colin,
That IS weird. Haven't seen that happen; first thing I would say is to double-check your trigger to see if the words that should be linked are correct in the trigger, but I have a feeling you have already triple-checked this.
Only other thing I can think of suggesting (no idea if this will help though) is to Upgrade project text.
Can you share the slide at all?

Hi Veronica,
I have attached a copy of the scene. It has a different URL than the original, but the problem persists. I'm stumped.

Hi Colin
I think maybe your font type is corrupt. Normally you would see the theme fonts listed here. Maybe try uninstalling the font and reinstalling to see if it makes a difference. If that doesn't solve it I would log a case with support

Hey Colin,
So, this is super weird.
I played around a bit, changed the font, etc etc. and it seems to happen when the words are at the start of the line (??!!) but not when in the middle. Although, when in the middle, the hover state doesn't work, but the link does. It's so strange.
Unless someone else knows something about this, seems like a bug. You might need to contact support.
I'm re-attaching here, not that it will help you, but in case someone else wants to have a crack.
Sorry I couldn't help more :(

=> it seems to be no font problem, perhaps a conversion error from the internal multiline text to singleline svg text
Storyline displays text with - in multiple single lines splitted - svg text*, not with multiline html text

* there is no "Return" or "Linefeet" in svg text possible
