I can't download files from resource tab in mobile
Hello,
I came across a issue in the classic player regarding the resource tab.
So when my students are seeing the classes trough mobile they can't download files from the resource tab, the files are there but it does not respond to the clicking. its like a image.
In the classes that are in the modern player it is not a problem but i still have some amount of class in the classic player. Is there any option that i miss?

I'm happy to share that today we released Storyline 360 (Build 3.68.28773.0), which includes the fix for the bug where learners couldn't click or download resources in the classic player on mobile devices.
Now all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app! If you run into any other snags, you can reach our team in this discussion or a support case.

I'm having this same issue. But it's only happening with some resources not all. They were uploaded as PDFs. We are still using the classic player. Is someone able to help?

It sounds like you're having trouble downloading the resources when viewing your course on mobile. Is that right?
- Do you notice the same behavior when importing your current project into a new .story file?
- What publishing options are you choosing? (Review 360, Web or LMS)
- Do you notice different behavior if you try a different mobile browser?
