"I'm done reviewing" button not appearing for specific reviewers

Hello,

I've used the Request Review feature to assign and set a deadline to review a Rise course (which is an incredible feature overall). 

However, one of my reviewers did not have the "I'm done reviewing" button appear above the comments field. 

I assigned myself to the course to review and the "I'm done reviewing" button appeared for myself and other reviewers were able to mark their course as complete. 

Has anyone encountered this issue or have any recommendations?

    • Do you know what browser this user was experiencing this on? Did they notice any change if they tried accessing the course with a different browser? 
    • When viewing this reviewer's progress, what is their current status?
