Image does not load
Hi There
I have created a short course in Rise 360. I added an interactive activity- TABS. Each tab contains an image. So when I publish the course and do testing on our Moodle site, one of the images does not load. I have tried reloading and then republishing it, no success.
This is what I am getting:

You assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Hello KimPetersen-144! I appreciate the screenshots that you've shared! It is helpful to know that you're only seeing this in Moodle because a few years ago, there was an issue with SVG images displaying in Rise 360 courses uploaded to Moodle. Is the image in your course an SVG?
One workaround that was shared was to update Moodle. Is it possible that you could reach out to your LMS admin to see if updating your version of Moodle is an option?

Hi Lauren
Thank you for your reply. Our Moodle system was updated last week, so we on the most current version. The image is a PNG.
When you build a course in Rise and export it, it creates a single zip file, that is uploaded to Moodle.
Once uploaded to Moodle, it is unzipped and split into all its individual files inside the 'moodledata' directory.
When this directory is copied or an upgrade is done, there is a risk that some of these files may be damaged or lost, resulting in the issue I see with a missing asset.
The only fix I know of here is to republish and upload the SCORM package, but that is not working.
Thank you
Hello KimPetersen-144,
Thanks for sharing this additional information. It sounds like you're facing a Moodle-specific issue. Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if your images load correctly? If your course works consistently in SCORM Cloud or any other LMS, I'd recommend working with Moodle support so they can check if there is a way to unpack your courses in their environment without causing your images to break.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi Jose
It is not a Moodle problem. I will try to find a work around as its actually a Rise 360 issue.
Thank you
Hi, KimPetersen-144!
If you tested the course in SCORM Cloud, as my teammate Jose suggested, and the problem persists, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your file. You can share a copy of your course with our team in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

We have exactly the same interaction, built in Rise, that works correctly in our LMS (Not Moodle).
As it works correctly in a different LMS, how did you determine that it's a Rise problem?
