I have created a wavy shape in PowerPoint for this image (with the shape's fill and outline set to white) :
When I transfer this image to Articulate Rise, a dashed line appears below the image (the dashed line is very faint, but I have made it more visible for clarity).
Do you have any suggestions on how to avoid this dashed line?

Assuming you are using that first image you are providing, I don't see any dashed line when inserted into Rise. How are you transferring the image to Rise?

I uploaded your image to a new Rise 360 using an Image Centered Block and this is how it appeared.
Can you please try reuploading the image, or using a different browser to see if this changes anything? If the issue persists on other browsers, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
