Import ppt files to Articulate

If you are not working with Articulate installed to a local drive (C:\...) you will likely have problems. And I suspect that trying to import cloud-based files to a Storyline project is also problematic for that same reason. So try downloading the O365 file to your local system (your desktop?) and then try importing from there. If that does not work, contact Articulate and open a support case.
