Hi, thanks for the hint. I checked and Articulate is installed locally and also the files are stored locally but I am still not possible to import the ppts.

If the issue persists, please share a copy of your PowerPoint presentation file here or privately by opening a support case so we test to see what's causing it. We'll delete it when we're done!
