Importing Template

I am trying to import a company template into Storyline with no success.  I have added the file to my storyline templates on my computer, however it is not showing as an option when trying to import.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue when trying to import a company template. I'm happy to help trouble shoot!

    • First, you'll need to add the custom template to your template library. Here are 3 methods you can use. If you've done this already, have you tried exiting Storyline and reopening?
    • Are you working from your local hard drive? Working from a network drive can cause erratic behavior.
