This has been asked for over in the code block area of the community and the response is that the team is "prioritizing this feature". Code block suggestions | Articulate - Community
Unfortunately the 'custom code' blocks behave independently from the rest of a Rise course. If you're already using the iframe/embed block, the functionality is the same.
